		<description>I forgot one, Pinnacles National Park,  There are many trails here, I like the one that starts in the old parking area, stays mainly flat for a few miles, goes through a cave, will need a flashlight, then comes out on the west side of the park, then to get back you have to go over the mountain(or retrace your steps) which a good climb, lots of rock climbing can be done here, and come down the other side to a lake and more caves.  You can easily get 10 miles in here, best to go in the spring or fall when temps are more mild not a lot of shade otherwise</description>
